"The perfect mistakes" stands out for me author-nim, the title makes me want to read. Its a cute and simple title^^

The title 'The Perfect Mistake' really catches ones attention so I voted for that one.
Besides that it just really sounds right.

For me, 'The Perfect Mistake' is ideal compared to the other titles because the title is contradicting itself in a way that captures the reader's attention

Everything else sounds cliche. Perfectly Mistaken has a ring to it! It makes me want to read it more! I loved the forward by the way it sounds sooo interesting :)

B through D are a bit over-used. A sounds best without being super cliche

All of the titles are good, but "Perfectly Mistaken", for me, really captured the essence of the whole plot. It's sounds pleasing to the ears.
