I haven't actually read any of your stories (hopefully I'll get to that soon) but I don't think you should delete either story, unless you really want to, of course. You don't necessarily have to update all at once. It is your story, so take your time. If you don't feel like writing the story anymore, don't delete it. Who knows, maybe one day when you look through all those stories you've written and you see that dusty old one buried deep in that pile of unused ideas, you'll what to continue it. So, in my opinion, you shouldn't delete any of them, unless you yourself want to.
