You decide. You are the author. The readers should not decide. Did JK Rowling stop writing more Harry Potter books, because the Harry Potter fans told her to stop? No, it was her own decision. I guess that after she wrote the last book, she was like: "Okey, I think I am going to stop writing more stories.
