Yes, make them into a book, they deserve it. However, don't take this the wrong way, your stories are INCREDIBLE and almost everything about them is excellent, BUT they could use an editor just to clean up sentences like 'genetically altered his genes' (from A Reason To Fight). It could help your stories flow even better.
Also some of your fics could be made into great movies or TV series, just saying ;3
