why super junior news album seems to be a completely failure even though it was amazing ?

Super Junior is not a failure by any means. True, ELFs are getting older so we may not always have as much time as we would like to watch the MV, but many still watch it over and over as much as we can. It's true also that SM has not given them the attention that they deserve. The fact that they've been through 10 years and practically helped kick start the hallyu wave with "Sorry Sorry", just attests to the fact that they will continue on as long as there are those who love and support them.
