Author, refrain from making 'karma farming' or 'streak keeping' threads as they violate rule 6 of the Content Guidelines. It is also considered manipulation of the karma system which is not appreciated here on AFF.

We understand that it's a visible area of the site but too many individual personal posts push out good stories from getting seen and we try to support the authors who depend on their stories being discoverable in the story listings. Your thread counts as a spammy post. Usually personal posts are kept to the blog listings; however, we understand that streak keeping requires AFF users to comment on stories. This is only an incentive for users to discover new stories and leave comments; 'streak-keeping' or karma-farming posts are considered to be an abuse of that privilege.

This is not an attack on you or anyone who has had their content removed; we hope that you and others will be able to find a story and leave comments to keep your streaks in the future.

Upon viewing the recent blogposts, we hope you are not discouraged by our decision as streak-keeping can be kept by creation of a story and commenting; personal posts are otherwise encouraged to be posted in the blogs section.
