About the submissive one, in gxg relation there actually no top/bottom (a mistake that 90% of the author there are doing). But to me Seulgi is the shy one, I guess the submissive one in a way.
Seulgi (in reality) is shy, let everyone do what they want (In Korea, there no way an older girl would let someone younger than her to push her or more like Joy do it), she never try to be in the spotlight, she always hide near Wendy or JooHyun.
JooHyun is shy too but I believe she is shy only on the early days she meet someone. I had the chance to see the girls irl (lived in Korea till December and for many years) and the image I have to JooHyun is someone very happy and bubbly lol. Also she is a ert, always passing hand on the rv girls lololol).
To my eyes, Seulgi is the shy one and JooHyun is the outgoing ones.
Most Seulrene fics never portrait Seulgi as anything too deep (I'm pretty sure it's because they are all Irene biased) and I do found it sad. Just like how 95% of the fic on aff believe that when lesbian make love there one that have to be the "man" and only one get pleasured. Lesbian love making is absolute beautiful and nothing like heteroual and gay . Both pleasure them self at the same time (or return the favor) and it's mostly about caressing and kissing and touching.
