i guess i'm just really curious? for me, the description is usually the first thing i come up with and then the title and then a vague version of the plot. i try planning out the plot with short bullet points but i always get stuck when i actually try writing my story ;-;

what about you guys? is there any particular way you tend to do things or do you just wing it?
