Editing App

Anyone please recommend me some Editing or Design , other than Photoshop...

If you're comfortable doing mobile than the apps PicsArt and Phonto are amazing. There's also Legend for moving text in your photo.

GIMP is a good free editing program that's been described as a "free" Photoshop.

If you're looking for something that costs $$$ but not as much as Photoshop does, I recommend Corel Paintshop Pro.

Also, I'm pretty sure Photoshop CS2 is free for use now.
