hi ok so after looking at a bunch of diet plans (especially of kpop idols) and spent a few days learning whats good and whats not, and how many calories i should be eating, how many calories there are in a lot of different foods, etc.. i came up with some healthy foods to put on my plan that i will be sharing.. my current weight and height is 5"3 (163cm) and 119lbs (53kg)- my goal is to be atleast 109lbs (49kg) by the end of april-thats about 10lbs (4kg) ! so i should get startedd
