Dear authors... (2)

A lot of author's try to be "un-cliché." But in the end, that whole idea of being uncliché becomes populat, and becomes cliché. Here are some examples:

-Baby boy over baby girl: lets say an oc is to give birth. 9/10 chance is that the kid is a boy. It drives me insane. When authors choose the gender, they think picking a baby girl would be too common, so they pick boy instead. Trust me, all I ever see is "congrats! It is a boy!" -.-

-Nerd or Queenka?: the oc is ALWAYS a nerdy girl, cold girl, or y queenka. WHY IS THERE NEVER A NORMAL GULL? (Lol I cannot say normal anymore after hearing Cheon Song Yi saying it xD)

-Poor or rich: similar to the example above. WE NEED MORE MIDDLE CLASS FOLKS UP IN HEREEEE!

so yeah. Das ist alles. Do not bash my opinion or try to correct it pwease >.< HOPE YOU ENJOYED MY POINTLESS BLOGGG!

Your words are true actually. It makes sense, even i sometimes feels as if it's too much.
But it also depends on the storyline. Some authors get their storylines first and if they can't use a cliche description of a character, then the storyline has to be changed (it is burdensome) or will not be used at all.
However, the gender? Lol, I had never noticed that. I think most of the stories i read is a girl(?) wait, idk actually. I can only remember one story that the kid was a boy but i can't remember more...
Oh, hello! First time talking to you! (Lol, i'm not a very social person, really. please ignore me)
