TBH I have no idea why I'm starting a new story. Barely even touched my apply fic /slapped/ I have no idea why, but I had a dream about me being in Hogwarts even though I've never read the books, but when I woke up, The Legend of Korra and one of my favorite artists' OCs were thrown at me when I opened up tumblr and I got mad inspiration to do this story. AND I actually planned it out!! lmao. I also added some Grisha Trilogy elements to this as well, I guess. Music inspiration has got to out to Oscar Key Sung - Brush, and the Greatest Change from the Legend of Korra soundtrack. I just really wanted to write the whole story, but was too lazy to come up with new names, so I turned it into a fic! with Seventeen. So ye.

Sorcery and magic has been used ever since mankind first began to walk. It dates back to ancient times and run through people's blood. The funny thing is, most people never find out they have the gene, but the people of Winel Academy do. More specifically, the headmaster does. Keeping the tabs on generations so old, some don't even exist anymore. Vernon, the headmaster's son, has always known of the magic world. Well, the positive sides of it, at least. Being a second year Spell Binder at Winel, he's met with circumstances he could never have imagined. He learns the hard way that nothing is what it seems.

THE THREE CLASSES ↴

SPELL BINDER

↱ PSYCHICS - psychics occasionally have visions and can shoot dark purple orbs and rays. [rare]

↱ KINETICS - kinetics can absorb kinetic energy  and turn it into power. their power can be described as "hex-spheres" with a deep blue color. [rare]

ILLUSIONIST

↱ AURA MANIPULATOR - illusionists only have one sub class known as aura manipulators. they can create illusions and put them into people's minds to see something that isn't actually there. [semi rare] 

elementist

↱ EARTH - can bend earth. certain earth elementist have a sub power called "the green thumb" enabling plants to grow to their will. [common]

↱ WATER - can bend anything having to do with liquid. [common]

↱ FIRE - can bend fire. certain fire elementist can breathe fire. depending on how powerful they are, their fire colors vary. [common]

↱ AIR - can bend the air to their will. they can create small tornadoes and dust devils. certain air elementist can fly. [common]
