As a Taemin/Krystal and Kai/Krystal shipper, it would be a crime to the fandom to not write anything inspired by the legendary Daisy Illusive W Korea photoshoot. As soon as I saw the set of goosebump-inducing photos of Taemin/Krystal/Kai my writer's block immediately went away and an onslaught of plots came to mind.

From what I've interpreted from the photoshoot, Taemin and Krystal seem visibly and genuinely at ease with skinship towards each other. On the other hand, we see little of that in Kai and Krystal (whether or not they just weren't close in real life or if it's deliberately done for the shoot's theme) but it's undeniable that they look good together.

My TaeKaiStal characters in this story share a complex relationship that mirrors my interpretation of the shoot. Krystal harbors confusing feelings for the both of them; the physical comfort she finds in Taemin is greatly contrasted with the emotional and mental compatibility she shares with Kai.
