"Take all of these and work on it, I want everything done by today, else you'll not go home."

He threw files and stacks of papers on top of his desk and signaled me to take them with me.

I nodded slightly and carried all of them with both of my hands, enduring the weight of it as I tried to keep my face straight.

"Your work desk is outside this office. Now go."

I walked towards the door, and stopped in front of it as I have no hands to open it.

"Ugh." I rolled my eyes and tried to carry all of the papers and files with one hand, and supported some of it with my thigh.

I slowly bent down and turned the handle before pulling the door open, slowly walking out of the office.

The door automatically closed by itself and I looked around for my work desk, only to find none.

"Where is it?" I blew my bangs and looked down, giving up.

"Yet this is only the beginning..."

I looked up after hearing a voice calling out, and only to see the man from the counter just now.

"Oh... we met just now right?"

He smiled at me and nodded, before carrying some stacks of papers from me.

"I'll help you."

"But... I don't know where is my desk.."

He chuckled before walking ahead, asking me to follow him.

I followed him along a pathway, before he finally stopped at an empty desk.

He settled the papers down, leading me to follow him.

"Thank you..." I panted.

I smiled back and sighed.

"I finally knew the meaning of your 'good luck' now..."

He laughed a little before sitting on top of the desk, while I sat on my own seat.
