I groan as I was awaken by the sound of my dog barking. Well, having a rescued Mongolian dog has it perks, like they bark at everything that is not you or food. It helps me with my life since I live alone in the rough neighborhood. What could I say? It’s the cheapest place to get a decent house. If I had forced myself to stay in the city, with the same price I could get less than I already have.

Since I have lived with my dog for two years now, I have grown custom to her late night barking. It could just be a passing cat, or bird. Wait, bird doesn’t go out in the dark. Alright maybe owls or mice slash rat. I yawned and stretch a little it was cold night like any other I guess autumn is near. I walked mindlessly to my wardrobe decided to put on more clothing for the night. After I grabbed my fluffy white coat, don’t judge I like white and fluffy stuff, strangely my dog stopped barking. It’s not even ten minutes. Yeah, she is that insecure.

I was about to be glad at it but I remembered some neighbor’s have once threaten me if I don’t train Sheila—my dog to behave they might shoot her down. OMG

Looking out of the window I saw the tree blowing in the soft wind, , I gotta have that tree cut down soon can’t see a in’ thing with it on the way. I sigh and was forced to head downstairs. I peaked once more from the living room window, well I can see her tail and the lease is still on, and she isn’t in a laying down position. I’m safe, for now.

She barked at me when I opened the door, I smiled when she came half way to my way but ran back to the front yard as in trying to tell me something. I tighten the hold on my coat, the wind was chilling. I stopped as I saw Sheila the hand of some guy that lay down, or more likely about to passed out near my mailbox

It’s strange that Sheila even quiet down for him she doesn’t do that a lot. I guess he is a good guy then? You know usually animals would know that kind of stuff, right?

“Oh, h-hey” the guy stood up, wobbling on his feet, eyes hazy

“C-cute dog, I have a dog too but its dead now, so I should have said ‘had a dog’ whoops grammar mistake” He smiled cheekily, elbow resting on top of my mailbox supporting himself

“Are you drunk?” I said after two minutes of judging him, he sat on the grass petting my dog and hugging her, well playing with her. She his face and he laugh, “I don’t know, maaaaybee”

I rolled my eyes, hands still protecting myself against the breeze “You should go home kid, let me call the cab for you” as I finished the very sentence he snapped his head up, pouting

“Nooooooooooooo, I’m 22 nooww~”

“So?” he whined, pulling some grass out of my garden. Aigo

“I’m, I’m perfeeectly capable oooofff, umm… what was that?” he stopped to look at me then looking up at the starry sky, “I’m sleepy”

Then I spend the next 20 minutes dragging him inside of my house. I don’t know why I done it but I can’t just leave him, can I?

“Ah, what the hell?” I woke up as I held my head, last night was awesome. Baekhyun’s birthday party and Chanyeol is the best party thrower ever, I bet he even got Baek laid that night, I wasn’t there, but I’m sure as hell it happen.

I stretch when I felt that the pounding in my head has receded, I looked to my left and saw aspirin and a warm glass of water. Thanks a lot Suho, wait though…

I never remembered he has a dog, this sofa is so fluffy and white. He doesn’t prefer the color white, kind to think of it the whole room is almost white, cream or blue. Too light for Suho’s taste

Where. Am. I ?

“My house” I snapped my head too quickly and the room starts spinning again, . I wasn’t kidnap right, nor . I looked at my kidnapper slash the boy in the white coat, well, it’s definitely his house from the likes of it. What? This could be a decoy house you know

“Ah, sorry” he casually shrug his shoulder, he was holding a mug of hot chocolate, I can smell it

“Is that for me?” I asked, I needed sugar, my stomach feels strange

“No, this is mine” he took a sip of it and walked back to the kitchen, I think it was the kitchen. I stood up, , my head, urgh. He remove his coat and put in on the wardrobe down the hall, but only to come out with another one. He was already pretty decent in the morning, I looked around the room to find a watch, but I can’t make it out what a clock/watch looks like, damn, I can’t even make out a thing here

“It’s 8.23 A.M. I have to go to work. I called a cab, and it’s already here since 10 minutes ago, here, give him extra for making him wait” he said talking too fast for my liking, suddenly giving me a few dollars and my phone and wallet

He pushed me out of the house, kissing his dog and locking the door

“Thank y-you” I manage to process, He smiled as he walk to his white ford, “Anytime”

“I’m Jongin by the way” I shouted as he start up the car engine, ah shoot

“Sorry? What did you say?” Opening the driver’s window and eyeing me, waiting for me to repeat the words I just said. I walked up to his car, bending down so we are at eye level, must be polite, he did helped me

“Um, I’m Jongin, and maybe you know, we could go out for dinner. As an apology for troubling you this morning, and a thank you for not leaving me on the streets” I said, trying to act cool and but I know that I must have reeked of alcohol, my hair is not in a best way and I’m pretty sure he didn’t just giggle in the cutest way

“So that’s two dinner then?” hands covering his lip as he let out those light giggles

“Sorry?”  I wasn’t paying attention, because he had this cute crescent eyes when he laugh, cheeks rosy from cold

“You know where I live, Friday, 8pm is good” He leans out and gave me a peck on the cheek, smiling softly.

I snapped when I heard the cab driver was shouting at me, I was staring at an empty space until I realize he was out of the park way already
