His heart couldn't stop beating when the doctor said IU was comma. He was here to make sure IU's life was perfectly in line no matter the cost even if it meant he would have to save the world. He was there for IU.  It was already 2 months IU hadn't talked to Wooyoung. Maybe it was her fault; maybe she should had shown her love to Wooyoung instead of making someone else's heart broken. Last night, before the accident, her heart was full with doubts and no guts to say what is inside her heart to Wooyoung.  Maybe it was Wooyoung's fault to be cold-hearted; and to be a . He never imagined how she could end up like that--crying in the darkness, waiting  for someone who was going to go away. There's one thing that he had never thought before: CONFESSION.      

                       Yes, confession. He held her hand but he never talked about it; he kissed her cheek but he never discussed about it; he kissed her lips but he had never been bothered by that; he knew that IU might have fallen for him, but he never asked the truth to her. He missed her but he was too scared to experience another relationship again. He didn't deserve to suffer; so did IU. But he had no choice; it was too late. He suffered; but he never let a tear slid down his cheek.      

                       She was lying unconsciously in the bed. Wooyoung could only see her heart  beating slow on the monitor. He knew he made a horrible mistake by leaving her near the streets instead of driving her home. It was his mistake to shout at her while she didn't make any mistake. Everything that he did last night--when someone crashed her-- .....was worth to be apologized to. All that he could do was regretting every moment that he had done while holding the hand of the one that he really love.    

                      Sometimes he questioned himself. "Can I be with her again? Can I sleep with her like I used to?" He tried to believe that everything could turn back again-- but the reality didn't show him the way though he tried so hard, these days. Did he ever thought that someone had waited for him? Did he ever thought that the girl he had fallen for was falling for him too?      He remembered all his past memories with her. Yes, her. The one who made him fall in love again... He asked himself for a thousand times, Will she  ever come back to me? Or won't she?                 

                     Suddenly he felt movement from her hand. He whispered to her and he said    something that she should've been heard from long time ago; I love you. Don't leave me again like this. I can't suffer any longer.      She woke up and glared at Wooyoung. It wasn't a bad glare, it was the opposite. She smirked and she tried to hug Wooyoung; but she couldn't. Wooyoung stopped her and he gently unravel her with his smile.      

                    "Wooyoung, I missed you. It has been a long time ago."    

                    "So do I. I missed you so much. Did you hear what I've just said?"      

                    "I'm not a deaf, Wooyoung."      She finally laughed-- it was something that Wooyoung had been waiting for. From the day she crashed by a car behind Wooyoung's, he never saw her wonderful smile...

"I'm sorry. It was all because of my jealousy. If I didn-" IU put her finger to his gorgeous lips. She later whispered to the one she really loves. "It's okay. It wasn't your fault." "So who's that guy, who hugged you?" "My brother. I was asking for his advice about you." Wooyoung was shocked; he felt really sorry for IU. He should've stopped and picked her up..      "Why do you confess today? You should've confessed before."      He smiled. "I was just searching for the best time... You know, I was going to give you something last night but your brother and you ruined my mood."      Her eyes were widely opened; she was confused. She was too happy to hear something from someone she had been falling for. He suddenly took something from his pocket.      "I know this is too fast. I knew and I always know that I always make mistakes in front of you. I know I'm not perfect enough like your ex. I know I don't deserve a girl like you. But really, all I really want is to wake up and see your smile every morning, spend times with you, give you the feeling that you've never felt before, and the important one is.......I wanna be the father of your kids, Lee Ji Eun..."       IU's eyes dropped crystal tears because of his sentences. She couldn't hold it anymore; she was overwhelmed.       "Lee Ji Eun." he called, "Would you marry me?"       She couldn't do anything except nodding and nodding. Yet Wooyoung's eyes was holding his happiness tears. The doctor came in and he was surprised.       "Oh my, this is a miracle. You are very lucky, Wooyoung."       "What is it, doctor?"       "We thought that she wouldn't came back."      That was the moment when their eyes met; they couldn't even hold their tears.
