Chapter One

  Henry rinsed the cloth under the tap, careful not to touch the running water directly. He then swiftly brought the soft cloth to his skin, cleansing his body. The whole process took him around ten minutes and when he was done; he twisted the material to dry it. Watching the water drip onto the floorboards, an involuntary shiver ran through his body. Henry was never fond of water, though he did grow to accept waters that were still. Running water still posed too much of a challenge, hence forming the reason why he avoids showering.

  “Henry-ah!” Kyuhyun yelled the moment Henry stepped out of the bathroom. Kyuhyun sniffed the air, and his eyebrows furrowed. “Did you not shower again tonight?”

  “I did wash myself!” Henry claimed defensively, his voice rising.

  “Sure you did- with a wet towel,” Kyuhyun rolled his eyes, but Henry could see a smile playing on his lips. “What will our fans say when they know of this?” He shook his head, still grinning.

  “I’m too tired to take a full shower, spare me, hyung!” Henry did a little aegyo and Kyuhyun, who always had a soft spot for Henry, let the matter go.

  “Henry-ah, I came to call you to the conference room. The manager wanted to discuss something with all of us.” Kyuhyun took Henry’s hand and started pulling him along to the room.

  It was close to midnight when they gathered in the meeting room, half of the members were already drowsy and half-asleep. Ryeow
