Such silly girlhood notions To imagine I posses that kind of power And I thought those childhood fantasies Were evacuated Must be hiding away from the darkness Behind my spleen Undectable to me.

Sleepy towns aren't easy to come across in South Korea. Maybe that's the reason why Faulkner, despite being in the middle of nowhere, garners its attention - for its eerie and sinister aura, places that at first glance seem ethereal, the constant feel that things are not what it seems, or how suspicious some of its citizens seem to be - alas, Faulkner, while being a sleepy town is not a town filled with supernatural. The locals don't do much to nullify the rumours though - they like to keep the grapevine going on and raving about the newest extraterrestrial seeming finds. In a town with population only slightly above 15.000, everyone knows everyone and their business - snooping, spreading rumours, and talking about the town's general eerieness is nothing new.

Is the town really not haunted, though? The question plagues the minds of its residents, especially the minds of its youth. With that thought in mind, eight youngsters of Faulkner have started on their 'research' of the town - and they call themselves the scoobies, amateur sleuths in the paranormal department. Will they succeed in finding anything, or will it be proven that the town isn't as sinister as it seems?
