“Pikachu! No!”

You clutch your plushie closer and snuggle further into Taemin's arms as Pikachu takes another hit.
“It's okay, he'll be alright” Taemin whispers, resting his head on yours and giving your Pikachu plushie a pat on the head. You reach up and knit your fingers with his, momentarily distracting you until you hear another cry from the television. You snap your head up to see Pikachu being lifted into the air, struggling against Onyx's tight grip. As Pikachu lets out another weak cry, you feel tears well up in the corners of your eyes and you turn to bury your face in Taemin's shoulder. He pulls the woolen blanket over you and presses his lips to your hair, calming you instantly.

You lift your head a little and wipe at your tears frantically, seeing a wide grin spread over Taemin's face.
“Are you alright?” He asks quietly, lifting you onto his lap and placing a kiss on your nose. You nod, a giggle escaping both your lips as you turn to look at the screen again, resting your head against his. You dig under the blankets pulling out your plushie,
“Come on Pikachu! You can do it!” You say happily, waving your hands in the air. Taemin lets out a soft chuckle and pulls you closer,
“We're counting on you Pikachu!” He says smiling.

The rest of the morning passed in a similar fashion with the two of you cheering on your favourite cartoon character and yelling at Ash's stupid decisions. You ran around the dorm pretending to catch as many Pokemon as you could until a door flew open and Onew stumbled out, a very displeased look on his face.
“Do you two realize what time it is?” He asked, rubbing his eyes which were still half-lidded with sleep. Suddenly, Taemin looked down the hallway at you with a grin plastered over his face as he yelled excitedly,

“Jagiya, look! A wild Snorlax has appeared!!”
