the blame  and

Foreword

I know my daughter very well. Her name is Jung Hae In and attending 2nd grade hi school in this district. She is a straightforward girl. When most of the girls in their teenages are so good at talking with cute voices and playfully creating joke with their friends, my lil girl doesnt. She rarely appeared here and there with contented laugh or smile. She enjoyed her me myself time so much. When suddenly she told me that she was going to the prestigious hi school in another district for a month student exchange program i wasnt really surprised about the news she told me but more to her sudden changed behavior. She was so smiley and brighty and how i wish she could do that often. It was 3 days ago and here she is now, cheerfully eating breakfast in front of me.

" do you want another kimchi ? ", i asked while moving my hand which holding chopsticks ready to grab some kimchi and put it on her bowl.

" enee enee eoomme* ", she gulped then finished her last rice from her bowl in one time. " I guess the taxi is coming ",she said as we heard the sound of car was stopped in front of our home. She threw a smile straight to me then put her chopsticks beside her bowl.

*ani ani eomma : no no mom

" thank you for the food, eomma ", she stood up then took her red luggage with her. I followed her till the gate. We faced each other then she flashed a smile.

" i am going to miss you, mom "

her words.

" me too ", i smiled then brushed her upper arm. She moved forward to me then hugged me.

her acts.

" dont worry about me, mom ", she brushed my back thhen hugged me tighter. I did the same then she broke the hug.

" i am going ", she said as she waved her hand. I nodded. When she already entered the taxi, she opened the window.

" dont forget to call when you arrive there ", i reminded her then she nodded her head and waved her hand again.

Once i couldnt see her taxi anymore, i turned my head to a guy who had been following me and my daughter from the dining table till the last time i bid farewell to my Hae In. He noticed my eyes then he bowed low.

" what did you say to my daughter ? ", i asked him in a strict tone.

" I didnt say anything aunty... ", he moved both his hands front as a strong rejection. He was panicked as if he knew what my bad thoughts toward him that my daughter suddenly changed. I squinted a bit then he cleared his throat.

" w well i just asked her whether she could help me or not and she agreed...", he matched his eyes with me then set his eyes straight thru mine, "just that, really ".

His last expression succeed at persuading me. If a person like him still has the chance to persuade persons like what he did to my lil girl, means he got a special chance to finish thing he wanted to finish before he leave. I opened the closed gate behind me then said, " i let her go so take care of her well, dead soul.. "
