revamped to something we hope you would like, we will this time promise you that
we're gonna be acactive not only as admins, but also as members we hope your wishes
become true, welcome to deliquio 2015 till 2016 twitter roleplay.

02. don't interact with outsiders or unverified people.
03. be active 3 days of inactivity means, bye bye!
04. / yuri is not allowed; relationships are allowed after 3 days of joining.
05. inform the base if there's something needed like a hiatus or leaving.
06. password: year of kwon boa's birth.
07. changing characther is max. 3 times.
08. all ooc is kept in brackets.
09. greet everyone as you can, don't be lazy.
