It's been a year since everything. And it's been a year since Sungyeol and N hang out.

But nowadays, Leo seems distant again. 

"Taekwoon!" N sat next to Leo and hugged the latter.

"What's wrong with you?" Leo grunted.

"Are you okay? This past few days, you've been drifting away from me."

"I'm okay, Hakyeon. Stress just have been taking over me." 

"Oh okay."

"I'll be sleeping." Leo stood up to go to the room when N held his wrist.

"Taekwoon..."

"What?" Taekwoon said, annoyed.

"Are we o-okay?" N looked down.

"I don't know." Leo got out of N's grip and left.

N just sighed. 

The next day, N approached Leo again.

This time, he will make this different.

No more excuses.

No more 'whatever'

No more lies.

No more walking away.

N has to know what's wrong.

Leo and N was at the swings. Leo just looked from afar and N is looking down.

"What is it, Hakyeon? I have vocal practice in 30 minutes. Hurry up." 

"Taekwoon, what happened to you?"

"Are you not going to let go of that?"

"No, never. I promised to never stop, right?" N chuckled bitterly.

"Then stop now."

"Tell me what's wrong, Taekwoon! I'm so confused! What's happening in that head of yours?!"

"I'm so tired, Hakyeon!"

N grew silent as Leo closed his eyes.

"I'm tired. I tried my best. I loved you and showed you how much I do but... it's tiring to continue it."

"But you didn't need to get distant."

"Because..."

"Because what?"

N missed the tears that spilled from Leo's eyes.

"I don't love you anymore."

N felt his whole world crash.

Leo doesn't love him anymore?

"S-Stop joking."

"I'm not. I fall out of love with you, Hakyeon. I'm sorry."

N stood up and faced Leo.

Leo looked at N and in hurt him to see how hurt N looked.

"It's unfair, you know? It's unfair because I still love you. And in the end, I still get hurt. I thought we were in this, Taekwoon. Why did you leave me?" 

"I'm sorry. It was out of my league." 

"And this will be out of my league too."

Soon, Leo felt pain on his left cheek as N slapped him.

"Hakyeon..."

N never hurt him.

"I thought you deserve it."

"I-I'm sorry."

"It's funny, don't you think? This place... is when our friendship started and maybe... this is where our friendship will end too."

"Hakyeon, don't be like this."

"Like what? Like a girl who got his heartbroken? Why? You're embarassed to be seen with me?"

"It's not that-"

"I've had enough of your explanations, Jung Taekwoon. I've had enough." N left with a heavy heart.

And from a few meters, he heard Leo's shout of frustration.

That exact time, L and Sungyeol were surprised to see Kim Doyeon in a cafe.

"Doyeon?"

"Myungsoo!" Doyeon went L and hugged him.

"I missed you." L laughed as he hugged Doyeon back.

"Me too."

Doyeon noticed Sungyeol's presence and waved at him.

In which Sungyeol frowned.

"Hi, are you Sungyeol? Myungie told me a lot about you."

"Sorry, Doyeon but I don't like you." Sungyeol glared at Doyeon.

"Yeol!"

"What?" Sungyeol pouted.

"Sorry about him. He's pretty the jealous type."

"You were too." Doyeon giggled as L scratched the back of his neck.

The date for two turned into a date for three.

And it seems like it was Sungyeol who was the third wheel.

"Yeol, Doyeon, I'll just get us some drinks, okay?"

The two nodded as L went to a nearby shop.

"Myungie's a nice boyfriend, right?"

"Yeah." Sungyeol looked down.

"You know what, Myungie always laugh before. I don't know what happened." Doyeon sighed.

"He's doing better without you." 

"I hope so. Because from what I can see, I made him happier than you did."

"What does that supposed to mean?"

"You know what I mean, Lee Sungyeol." Doyeon shrugged.

The two stood up and faced each other.

"How dare you say that when you let him go?" Sungyeol glared at Doyeon.

"I had to. Or else INFINITE would break. But now, I realize what a fool I've been."

"So?"

"I want him back."

"You can't. He's already mine as you can see."

"But you can never make him happy like I did. Look right now, did he not hurt your feelings because of his cold facade? Well when we were together, he was as warm as the sun. He's not the Myungsoo he is right now."

"No!" Sungyeol pushed Doyeon and the latter fell.

Unfortunately, Myungsoo saw it and heloed Doyeon.

"Sungyeol, what was on your mind?!"

"I-I..."

"I understood that you're jealous but you didn't have to be violent about it!"

"But he wants to steal you!"
