“When are they coming?” Your soft morning voice cooed while Woohyun played with the ends of your hair.

“In a few hours” His other hand gently rubbed your back while your head gently moved from his strong shoulder to his chest. Nodding your head gently, you listened to his heartbeat while the rise and fall of his chest comforted you and kept your mind from wondering to all of the things you had to do before his parents came later that day.

“What do you think that they will want to do? They haven’t come to visit us in five years” You questioned while your arms s around his torso letting your fingers play with his loose tank top and the sheets that were happily disheveled around your two bodies.

“They will probably want to see our twins, since they haven’t seen them before and we will leave the rest of the day up to them” He planted a sweet kiss on the crown of your head.

“You know something, don’t you?” You questioned hearing his heart skip a beat while the echo of his voice moved through his body.

“Know what?” Woohyun chuckled with a little smile curling on his lips

“You know what they have planned” You lifted your head and turned your body slightly so you could look up at him.

“I can’t tell” He shook his head ever so slightly while his pink lips spread wider and wider apart tipping you off that he knew what his parents were planning.

“Well, if you aren’t going to tell me I better get the house picked up and cleaned before they get here” You sat up slowly, his chocolate eyes followed your movements while his hand ran down your exposed arm.

“You know I would tell you” He tilted his head cutely against the pure white pillow.

“But you wont~” You sang with a teasingly happy tone, while a smile began to form on your lips, while your feet hit the cool carpet below your bed.

“Get changed into something cute jagi” You heard Woohyun call after you as your feet shuffled to the closet.

“Why? I don’t know what they have planned” You shot him a smile before you closed the closet door behind you.

“Aish this girl” Woohyun happily whined, lifting his hand up he rested his spread fingers across his chest over his heart knowing how fast it was already beating.

Emerging from the closet in a cute pair of denim shorts and a worn t shirt, you padded into the bathroom as you combed your hair and pulled it up into a cute ponytail. Adding a bandana around the hair band, you smiled back at your outfit before you finished your morning routine before you headed into the bedroom once more.

“Get up Mister~” You tossed a decorative pillow onto his body that was still tangled in the sheets.

“My girl killed me, I can’t get up” He announced causing you to laugh

“Will you get up if I tell you I am going to make breakfast?” You questioned knowing that he always loved to make breakfast when he was off work.

“You can’t take that from me” Woohyun sprung up in bed, sitting up quickly while his hands pressed into the white sheets below.

“Watch me~” You sang before heading out of the room.

“Y-Yah~!” Woohyun called loudly while tossing the sheets off of his body.

Twisting the brushed nickle handle, you slowly opened the door to your twins’ room. Peeking your head in, you saw their small bodies under their covers with a bed on either side of the room. Leaving the door opened, you slowly walked over to the window and opened the blinds slightly to hear your son groan with the light.

“Hyunji” You cooed while heading over to his bed, peering down at your little boy, you smiled seeing how much he looked like his father. Letting your fingertips gently brush his bangs away from his face, you heard some shifting in the bed across the room.

“Mommy?” A soft, cute voice called into the dimly lit room.

“Morning Jihyun” You turned your body and lifted yourself from your son’s bed to make your way over to your little girl.

“Morning” She rubbed her eyes while her teddy bear gently slipped from her arms.

“Did you sleep well, baby girl?” You asked while watching her head gently nod at your question.

“Why are you waking us up?” Her morning voice asked as her brown eyes peered up at you.

“We are going to have some visitors today, I need your help to get the house ready before they get here” You explained gently.

“What kind of visitors?” Your son’s voice asked from across the room.

“Grandma and Grandpa Nam” You answered simply

“Who are they?” Hyunji questioned sitting up in his bed

“Daddy’s parents” You stood up and opened their blinds just a little more to wake them up slowly.

“Have we met them?” Jihyun asked while playing with the bow on her bear’s head.

“Nope, they haven’t met you either” You shook your head gently as you opened the blinds all the way. “Daddy is making breakfast so come and eat when you two are ready.”

Receiving a nod from your four year old twins, you walked out of the room to hear the sweet smell of eggs cooking along with the sizzling of meat. Rounding the corner in the hallway, Woohyun stood over the stove in some jeans and a collared shirt with a sweater on top.

“Someone dressed up today” You called, letting your eyes scan his figure. “And why would that be?” Tapping your finger on your lip, you leaned against the counter as Woohyun shook his head slightly.

“I’m still not going to tell you” He replied, glancing in your direction before plating the finished the sunny-side-up eggs and started another one for you.

“What could I do for you to tell me?” You pouted cutely while you moved behind him. Snaking your arms around him, you pulled yourself against him in a comfortable back hug. Resting your head between his shoulder blades, you heard his chuckle resonate through his body.

“Nothing, you will find out soon enough” He patted your linked hands gently while a pair of footsteps caught his attention.

“Good morning, princess” Woohyun called seeing his daughter and her light pink night gown sleepily walk towards the kitchen.

“Morning Daddy” She cooed back to him while she yawned and crawled up onto the bar stools.

Grabbing one of the finished plates, you unwrapped your arms from around him and walked over to place the plate in front of her.

“Thank you” She adjusted herself on the stood while you walked over to the cupboard and pulled out a plastic pink cup for her. Placing it in front of her, you moved to grab the orange juice and milk so your twins would have a choice of what to drink that morning.

Not long after your little girl came out of the bedroom, your boy followed and clambered up onto the bar stool next to his sister.

“This smells really good” Hyunji says while you brought him another pre-made plate.

“Thanks Bud” Woohyun finished up with cooking everyone’s eggs as he handed you your plate then held his in his hand.

Eating breakfast, you listened to what your twins’ dreams consisted of while everyone finished eating. Smiling at their fun adventures of race car driving and dragons guarding princesses and castles, all four of you finished breakfast and placed your dirtied plates in the sink.

“What can we do to help you get ready for the visitors, Mommy?” Jihyun asked you cutely, while she leaned over the counter top with a wet rag wiping up all of the crumbs from breakfast.

“It would be great if we could pick up your toys and fold the blankets from last night’s movie, then making your beds and cleaning up your room too” You listed as your twins nodded.

“On it!’ Hyunji called loudly as he ran into his bedroom to make his bed and put his trains and trucks away.

“I’ll go make our bed” Woohyun smiled and trotted off to your bedroom to clean that up as well. Finishing the kitchen’s chores with the help of your little girl, you started the dishwasher before Hyunji came back out of his bedroom.

“I’ll go make my bed, Mommy!” Jihyun ran back to her room.

“I put your babies to bed for you” Hyunji told his sister as she passed him

“Did you remember to feed Jiekyu her bottle?” Jihyun questioned as Hyunji nodded.

“Thank you! I promise to not wake her” Her smile was wide as you watched her tip toe around her room as she made her bed.

“Do you need any more help Mommy?” Hyunji questioned as you were folding blankets from the movie night, you four had the night before.

“Can you get the pillows and put them nicely on the couch, then put the movies away too?” You placed another blanket in your growing stack

“Of course!” Hyunji saluted you cutely before gathering up the movies and placing them back with the others.

“The beds are made” Woohyun called as Hyunji’s head turned

“Come help me Daddy~” Hyunji smiled as he ran over to the pile of pillows

“Sure Bud!” Woohyun came over to his side waiting on his son’s every word, “What are we doing now?”

“We are putting the pillows back on the couches~” Hyunji filled him in, while he carried two pillows, one in each arm as he couldn’t see where he is going.

“How about I throw them to you and you place them in the corners?” Woohyun suggested, helping unload his son’s arms.

“Sure! That way it will be like a game too!” Hyunji called brightly as Woohyun nodded and headed back to the pile of pillows.

Throwing one pillow at a time to Hyunji, Woohyun smiled seeing his son place the pillows on the couch. Jihyun came in not too long after and helped you carry the blankets to the closet while you and her swept all of the floors before the door bell sounded. Freezing in place, everyone looked at the door then shifted their eyes to Woohyun.

“There here~” Woohyun sang with a bright smile as he skipped over to the door. Hyunji came over and helped you dump the dust pan’s contents into the trash before placing the broom and pan back in the pantry.

“I’m scared” Jihyun wrapped her arms around your leg as you rubbed her head gently.

“Don’t be scared, they are very nice people” You reassured her, feeling another small hand slide into your free hand, your eyes shifted over to see Hyunji’s hands wrapped around your fingers then hiding behind your leg. “They may have some presents for the two of you.”

“We haven’t met them before though…” Jihyun‘s big brown eyes lifted as you read the nervousness growing behind her beautiful orbs.

“I am sure that Daddy has told them about you two” You reassured, “He always loves to talk about you two”

“Mom! Dad!” Woohyun called from the doorway as you slowly coaxed your twins to come with you on your journey towards the door. Hugs were exchanged between Woohyun and his parents as he welcomed them inside, Woohyun brought their bags in from the porch and closed the door soon after.

“______, you look so beautiful!” Mrs. Nam complimented as her eyes twinkled lovingly at you

“Thank you” You smiled as you watched Mr. Nam’s eyes drop to the two kids clinging to you.

“Who are these two?” Mr. Nam’s voice was sweet and kind while he carefully bent down.

“These are our twins that I keep telling you about” Woohyun rejoined the group as he lifted Jihyun up into his arms.

“Mom and Dad this is Jihyun and Hyunji” Woohyun introduced them as his parent’s eyes twinkled with love, their leathery skin wrinkling up on the edges of their eyes and lips showing you that they are overjoyed to finally meet their grandchildren.

“Nice to meet you two” Mr. Nam held out his hand as Jihyun shook his worn hand with her perfectly small hand, Mr. Nam did the same to Hyunji as they started to warm up to them.

“Jihyun you look just a beautiful as your mother” Mrs. Nam smiled as she complimented her granddaughter then turned to her grandson. “You look just like your father when he was a little boy.”

“Thank you” Hyunji squeaked out quietly.

“D-Do you have a surprise for us?” Jihyun questioned softly, playing with Woohyun’s shirt a little.

“Aigoo, who told you?” Mrs. Nam smiled and nodded her head.

“We have a surprise for all of you” Mr. Nam added

“Really?! What is it?” Hyunji questioned brightly, beginning to warm up to them.

“We are all going to go and have a photo shoot, just like your Daddy does“ Mr. Nam smiled as Mrs. Nam nods in agreement.

“So that is why you were looking so nice” You leaned over to Woohyun and whispered as he nodded.

“We brought some outfits for all of you for the photo shoot, with the help of Woohyun of course” Mrs. Nam pulled a suitcase over and set it in front of you.

“What do you guys say, you want to go take some pictures in pretty outfits?” You questioned your twins as they nodded with growing smiles on their faces.

“Great! We will wait right out here until you guys are all changed” Mr. Nam smiled as Woohyun smiled at then and bowed gently.

“Make yourselves at home” You gestured to your home as they nodded. Grabbing the suitcase with your free hand, you headed back to the kids’ room before ping the suitcase to see the cute outfits. Gathering your outfit, Woohyun handed it to you.

“Go get dressed, I will get these two changed” He smiles at you as you stand up and nod before heading to your room to change.

Pulling on a pair of the cutest skinny jeans you have ever seen, you saw the cute lace leg warmer socks and pulled those up until they landed right below your knee. Pulling on an adorable knit sweater, you saw the last touch, cute light brown boots.  Letting your hair fall over your shoulders, you lifted a pinch of hair up and clipped it to the side of your head giving a cute lift to your hair.

Walking out of your bedroom, you rounded the corner to hear sounds of awe come from your family.

“Mommy, you look so pretty” Your daughter smiles as you let your eyes take in her cute mini jean skirt, her legs were covered with cute white leggings as she was outfitted in a beautiful pink long sleeved shirt along with a cute small scarf tied around her neck.

“Thank you Jihyun” You smiled as your eyes turned to your son as his mouth stood slightly agape.

“I really like your outfit~ You look like Jihyun” Hyunji whispers as he danced from one foot to the other while jeans outfitted his legs and a plaid shirt that was covered by a sweater, just like his dad.

“Thanks Jihyun and Hyunji, I like my outfit too” You blushed a little glancing up at Woohyun knowing he picked all of the outfits out.

“We should head off to the park before the good light is gone” Mr. Nam says as they changed into outfits that matched each others slightly.

“Of course~ We should head off” Woohyun says with a smile as everyone heads outside and piles into the car.

Taking a short drive to the beautiful park just outside of town, everyone filed out of the car and headed along the sidewalk into the park. Swinging your hands together, Woohyun held your hand with love while the other hand held his son’s. Arriving at the destination within the park, the photographer introduced himself to all of you and the six of you began to listen to what he had to say as you tried your best to recreate the vision he had for each picture.

With one of your family of four, you and Woohyun holding each other and smiling along with some pictures of you kissing and just having fun together, your twins together playing and swinging their linked hands together. Then one of you, Jihyun and Mrs. Nam and another picture of Woohyun, Hyunji and Mr. Nam you couldn’t help but smile as you watched your boys happily pose and smile for the camera. With some of Woohyun and Hyunji and you and Jihyun, you couldn’t help but feel love swell in your heart. 

Walking down the sidewalk with your backs towards the camera, your twins were between you and Woohyun as everyone was linked with their hands. Another picture of your small yet happy family smiling towards the camera, wrapped up the photo shoot just as the sun was setting.

“Thank you, I will have the pictures for you a little later” The photographer says with a smile as he bid all of you a good night. Piling back in the car, Woohyun drove back to the house as quiet conversations filled the small space. Looking into his rear view mirror, Woohyun saw the twins fast asleep int her car seats, sliding his hand across the center console, he laced his fingers between yours as he smiled at you before returning his eyes to the road.

Arriving home, Woohyun and you pulled the twins from their seats as you Jihyun in your arms while Woohyun held Hunji, heading inside with your parents, the two of you excused yourself to the twin’s bedroom. Changing them into fresh, clean pajamas, you slipped them into bed before turning down their blinds and closing the door.

“You looked really handsome today” You remarked as he began to walk to the front room, turning around, he stopped in his tracks and turned back to look at you.

“Thank you love, you looked breathtaking like always” He held his hand open for you, sliding your hand into his, he leaned over and kissed your temple while the two of you made your way over to the couch, where his parents were sitting.

“Thank you so much for a fun day of pictures” You smiled at them as they nodded. “It was really fun to see you two as well, especially after such a long time“

“Well… we wanted to ask you if it would be okay for us to move up around here. We lived in the area with Woohyun’s brother, Boohyun, for the past five years and we would like to be around for the grandkids if that is okay with the two of you” Mr. Nam proposed, Woohyun turned towards you as you nodded your head with happiness coating over your eyes.

“We would love that, I am sure the twins would love it too” Woohyun turned towards his parents. “You both can stay here as long as you need to until you find a place to call your own.”

“Aigoo, we have such a wonderful son” Mrs. Nam cooed with pride growing on her face.

“We do indeed” Mr. Nam smiled as he wrapped his hand around his wife’s

“I have the best husband though” You whispered as Woohyun blushed and looked down at your hand resting in his.

“Aish, you guys are not supposed to make me blush” He lifted both of his hands up and covered his reddening cheeks.

“We did learn from the best” You giggled as his parents smiled and started throwing hearts at him while you tickled his sides while he fell over on his side as you enjoyed tickling him and making his blush far too much.
