When a mob boss is murdered the SKPD (South Korean police Department) goes to investigate the murder if this powerful mob boss. College Junior Akiyama Emiko who is majoring in detective work joins in on the case when her boyfriend of five years, Kim Jongwoon, is stabbed soon after he witnesses the murder. He wasn't able to tell who did it or describe them but the killer is taking no chances. Korea's best detective Kim Kibum is called to the case. Despite being seven months pregnant he still joins when his boss Choi Siwon prefers he just relaxes until the kid comes. Not only is is Kibum the best, he's also very stubbern. Jongwoon doesn't like the fact Emiko is putting her life at risk to catch the killer and begs and commands that she lets the police do their job but like Kim Kibum, Emiko is also stubbern.
