HIDE AWAY WITH ME SOME MORE

preview

Myungsoo sat in the drivers seat, the air was oppresive. It sweltered and stuck to his skin, the sweat trickling down his neck. His gaze slowly drifted to the girl besides him, the one he had rescued from a sticky situation. He watched, observed her habits. The way she tugged on her own hair, blinked frequently and stared absentmindly.

Kang Saerin, a name that seemed to taste better than any drink he had tasted. The pair sat in silent, with Myungsoo staring attentively at the female. It all seemed surreal, the fact that she sat in silence without any protest. She herself seemed more like a broken down deja vu, her brown hair blowing backwards with the crisp wind. Several shades of blue and purple staining her right cheek, beautifully painting her otherwise pale skin, simply reassuring her that she was alive and capable of being hurt.

He watched in silence, as she took another breath of her cigarette, her concentration wavering.

He couldn't lie, he was drawn to every fibre in her body. Though she only wished that she felt the same way, that she wasn't just sticking just because she owed him her thanks.

He wondered why she chose to take in 40000 chemicals that killed her, when she could easily breath him in. So in one swift movement, he grabbed the cigarette out her lips and replaced them with his own. Myungsoo would easily hear her ridged breathing, out of shock he guessed. She sat, no protests as his lips moved against her lifeless ones.

That was until her left hand reached out and shoved him around, flames burning in her eyes, lips curling with digust for what happened. And it was then that he realised, Kang Saerin did not want to feel affection, she wanted freedom.
