STORYLINE + CHARACTER INTRODUCTION

Kim Household

Kim Junmyeon (37) was only sixteen when he got pregnant. Of course, his then boyfriend, Li Jiaheng, didn’t know of this. Jiaheng had to go to Canada and it was too late for Junmyeon to tell him about his pregnancy. He was able to finish his studies and raise Luhan with the help of his cousin Do Kyungsoo and his younger brother Sehun. Junmyeon now works as a professor of physics in a university and likes to get nosy with his students' lives, especially the kid from Canada who can solve equations with his eyes closed but misses too many classes.

Do Kyungsoo (37) is Junmyeon's cousin who lives with him together with Sehun and Luhan. He's a professor of sociology at the same university that Junmyeon teaches at. Kyungsoo describes their family as definitely a bunch of hopeless cases since Junmyeon sometimes act as a child too.

Kim Sehun (23) is on his way to finishing his degree in psychology but due to certain circumstances has to take an elective for freshmen. Works at their neighbour Minseok's coffee shop with Luhan. Has a perpetual glare and if he's not frowning, then he's smirking. Actually hates coffee and prefers bubble tea. Later becomes thesis partners with some Chinse panda (according to him) transferee who can't speak Korean and hates said panda initially.

Kim Luhan (21)* is Junmyeon's child who grew up without a father. On his way to graduating with a major in biology. He doesn't like sitting around and so does things from checking the essays of Kyungsoo's freshmen students to helping Sehun work at their neighbour Minseok's coffee shop without getting paid at all. Sehun claims that Luhan is aual, and he neither confirm nor denies this. A certain dancer wannabe wants his attention.

Wu Household

Wu Kris (38) (will appear in future chapters) is that ahjusshi who old and young women chase around despite his age. His former name was Li Jiaheng and is changed due to certain circumstances when he went to Canada as a teenager. Jongin's step-father and Tao's biological father with his now ex wife. He's the CEO of Wu Trading Company and lives in Canada with Tao until he sent said person to Korea with Jongin. Doesnt know he has a son with his ex boyfriend Junmyeon.



Kim Jongin (24)* is the son of Kris' ex wife with her former husband. Jongin was sent to China to study and apparently graduated majoring in dance without his mother's knowledge. He is then shipped off to Korea and forced to take business management. Unbeknowst to his parents, Jongin's making some money as a backup dancer for idols. Becomes close with his physics professor, and wishes to become closer with his physics professor's son.

Wu Zitao (18)* (will appear in future chapters) or Tao is suddenly shipped off to Korea to study by his father Kris. Becomes thesis partners with the perpetually angry boy in his english class, Sehun. Tao's too innocent and happy-go-lucky to be left alone and so started sticking to Sehun since he could speak Chinese. 

OTHERS

Park Chanyeol (34) is 1/3 of the beagle line. One of the shareholders in Kris' company and is then forced to become Jongin's (Tao too later on) guardian while he's studying in Korea. Usually gets dragged into Baekhyun and Jongdae's schemes. Cool and intimidating at first glance but is actually a very embarrassing person to be with. Tries to act like Kris ("Cool and suave, guys!") but fails because of Jongdae and Baekhyun making fun of him.



Kim Jongdae (29)* is 1/3 of the beagle line. Is actually the only son of an international oil magnate and Kris' childhood friend. Knows Junmyeon as Kris' former boyfriend but is also unaware of the son that came after since he left for Canada with Kris. He left Canada after three years and went to China to continue his studies there. Zhang Yixing, one of the only students who could speak Korean, became one of his close friends. Rumoured to have something going on between him and Baekhyun but denies rumours.



Byun Baekhyun (34) is 1/3 of the beagle line. Owner of a famous restaurant franchise and decided to venture into the coffee business. He then sets up his coffee shop in front of another coffee shop owned by Minseok, who Baekhyun likes to annoy. Unaware that his nemesis Minseok is actually the godson of one of his friends. Doesn't confirm nor deny rumours of him and Jongdae dating since he's too busy annoying Minseok.



Kim Minseok (25) is Junmyeon and the rests' neighbour who they are actually not related to. He grew up as Luhan and Sehun's hyung and employs Sehun at his coffee shop, letting Luhan pop in and work the cashier at times. He hates Baekhyun with a passion when the other went to his shop and started dissing everything. Lives with his godfather who is close with him in age, Yixing. 



Zhang Yixing (29) is the Chinese gege dance instructor but drives an Audi and wears rolex watches. He is Minseok's godfather though they are almost close in age. He's also close friends with the beagle line through Jongdae. Apparently a part-time Korean instructor to Chinese foreigners in Korea. He's also the one who taught Sehun Mandarin.

IMPORTANT: TAGGED AS BAEKCHEN BUT ONLY AS A BROMANCE

A crack familyau featuring my favourite boys! Let us not question how Junmyeon got pregnant or our brains will hurt. So this is a story revolving around the Kim (and Do) household, featuring the straight-out-of-a-drama Kim-Wu family, the beagle line and between a godson and godfather who look like they could be siblings. Each character will be feautered, and trust me, my head had hurt while I was making this story because of all the connections the characters have with each other. Basically this is the (extremely long) main plot:

Junmyeon got pregnant with Luhan when he was 16 with his then boyfriend Li Jiaheng. His cousin Kyungsoo helped him raise Luhan while Junmyeon finishes his studies. After twenty one years, we see Junmyeon and Kyungsoo working as professors at the same university that Luhan and Junmyeon's younger brother Sehun is attending. Jongin's the genius but absentee student at Junmyeon's class. He discovers Jongin lives with his guardian, a Park Chanyeol, while his step-father, Mr. Wu, is in Canada with his half-brother Zitao. Chanyeol is friends with Baekhyun and Jongdae, and one day Baekhyun drags them to a location where he wants to set up his coffee shop. The problem is that there's another coffee shop across the street owned by Minseok. Its actually a small place that only has two employees; Minseok himself and Sehun. Sometimes Luhan drops by to help when he has nothing to do. Tao arrives at Korea and became Sehun's thesis partner. Sehun introduces Tao to Yixing to become his Korean tutor. Yixing is apparently the beagle line's friend and MInseok's godfather.

EDIT: Thank you eine08 for asking me to put up the ages ^^ So a little explanation to those that has asterisks. First is Luhan. Luhan is only 21 but as said in the description, he's about to graduate and that's because he skipped two grade levels (his father and Kyungsoo are professors what do you expect haha). Second is Jongin. He's older than Sehun and Luhan since, as said in the description, he's the child of Kris' ex-wife BEFORE Kris and Jongin's mother got together. Jongin's mother is six years older than Kris too. Tao is 18 because he was born when Kris was 20 and his ex-wife 26. And last, Jongdae! Since he's 29, and based on the description, that means that he went to Canada when he was 8 and then to China when he was 11. I made a little backstory actually that he studied in Korea for his high school years when he turned 15 and that's where he met Baek and Yeol who were his sunbaenims. Lolll.

And guess what guys? All of that and its not yet done. Lol. This story reminds me of those Korean family dramas with 50 episodes. I'm so sorry. Comment me what you think please :D Also, not everything here will have the boys bumping uglies. Lol. Sub for the future chapters!!
