''we are going back to korea?'' i asked my mother

 

''yes'' she said with a smile

 

you got to be kidding me....why so suddenly? i though

 

''why?'' i asked, i was really shocked, no one told me about this

 

''your father is getting married soon'' she said 

 

ok so he's getting married wow, let me tell you something...

 

my mother and father got divorced 5 years ago,mother took me with her to L.A while my brother stayed with my father.to tell you the true, i don't care about father, he the one who always made my mother cry and he was the one who cheated on her so i'm not that shocked that he got married to another women, i wonder what my brother thinks about that...is he happy? i miss him, he is one year older than me,we were always close so when mother left  with me, i was sad only because i knew that i wouldn't see my brother  again,by the way,his name is leeteuk and i really miss him. i didn't talk to him a week, i wonder if he know that we are comin back.

 

''why are you not saying anything?'' my mother asked

 

''it doesn't matter what i say...because i know that no matter what we will come back to korea'' i said and my mother started to laugh

 

''you know me so well'' she said with a big smile,i looked at her,people say that we look really similar,even that my mother is not that young i still think that she really pretty...i wonder why my father did it...why did he have to cheat on her and break her apart...stupid father

 

''so when are we leaving?'' i asked her

 

''next week'' she said and smiled...she looks happy...is she really okay about everything?

 

''well okay, i'm going to sleep, it's pretty late'' i said and walked away

 

''good night'' she said 

 

''goood night mom'' i said as i looked back at her and smiled

that week passed really fast for some reason and just like that i was back in korea...

 

''we are back nicole'' my mother said as soon we walked out from the airport

 

i looked at her...she was smiling again and i'm happy that she is okay and not sad

 

''yeah...we are finally back'' i said with a smile

 

we got into a texi and my mother told the driver where to drive...in 30 minutes we got out,she paid for him and thanked him.

 

''lets go'' she said and we walked somewhere

 

''mom'' i said

 

''yes?''

 

'' isn't that way is to grandmothers house?'' i asked

 

''oh!you remember?'' she asked and i nodded

 

'' we are going to live with her,she really wanted us to live with her'' she said and stopped walking,she looked at me and smiled

 

''she said that she missed us...'' she said and then started walking again, i wonder if she is really okay

 

after 5 minutes we stood right in front a big house,grandmothers house....

 

the house was big and with a big yard,everything was beautiful, my mom wanted to ring the bell but suddenly a dog came and started to bark

 

''OMG'' my mother got startled

 

''what a beautiful dog'' i said as i looked at the dog, the dog was big and white with blue eyes

 

''yeah...'' my mother said, i looked at her but she wasn't really happy, she was a little scared

 

it's weird...she always loved dogs...why does she look scared?

 

''are you okay mom?'' i asked her when the dog walked away

 

''yeah i'm fine...'' she smiled but i still think that something is wrong

 

suddenly the gate opened  and we saw grandmother

 

''dear!'' grandmother said and hugged mom
