"Do you believe in destiny?" Uemura Yuika has lived in a hospital in the countryside with her sister Uemura Mayuma for her whole life. Yuika is being treated for a disease that only can be cured through surgery. This disease will make Yuika forget everything and everyone around her even herself, her family, and her friends. But, with the surgery she will be remember her family and herself. But, she will forget her friends and everyone else around her. But, even with all this Yuika is still very optimistic and happy. Okazawa Naoki; Yuika's best friend is ready to support her no matter what. But secretly, Naoki loves Yuika. He told her that wherever she will go, he will follow. 2 months later, Yuika and Mayuma are living in Tokyo with their Aunt. Yuika now attends St. Luna Academy. She now has 2 new friends; Kukuchi Ai and Matsuyama Yamato. And one person who isn't quite fond of her; Ichikawa Chika. And a new transfer student comes, it's Naoki! Yuika doesn't remember him.
