Hopefully

Description

Lee Hayi has gone through a lot of things at such an early age: abandonment, hope, rejection, hope, loss, hope, happiness, contentment, fear, then hope again. She was tired of hoping, it just the light out of her every time she did. But with such a bright smile looking down on her, will her hope be able to spark again?

Foreword

“Hope. Don’t you think it’s such a beautiful thing?” she doesn’t answer, Hayi remained silent beside the boy, glancing every now and then at his calm, smiling face. He doesn’t wait for an answer as he stands up from the bench and walks towards the hospital, his feet stepping on the colorful autumn leaves. Hayi watches his retrieving figure, the cold wind blowing on his hair and scarf.

“Yes,” she whispers, “it’s beautiful.”
