CANDID RANT uhm this is about admins struggle. you know the excitement when you decided to rebuilt a closed-down rp and a lot of members rejoin, right? you feel like your place is really meaningful to them. but it is pretty sad when the old members keeps talking about the previous rp. dont they ever think about the newcomers? will they be comfortable or nah? im actually strict, but since we are so close, i feel bad to be mad at them. but if you guys keep doing so, the exit is on your left.
        A/N Omg I understand you 101% because I hate getting mad at my members. sighs. but it's really hard when an rp becomes really clicky since there becomes a distinct dissociation between the newbies and the originals. I guess if you don't want to call out members indivually for it, then you could always write a blog plost saying something along the lines of "it's been brought to my attention that some of the original members here haven't been makeing the new members feel welcomed. I would appreciate it if you took a small amount of time to get to know some of them a bit more." I'm a real softy so that's what I would say orz but yeah, something kinda like that might help?           CO.NETWORK
