Hello! I'm Hwae Ji, the head of the music branch of WM&A :) I used to be an entertainer a few years back, but as of now, my focus in life is to help young performers achieve success and fulfillment of their dreams as a singing, dancing, and/or rapping star!

In my branch, I will be searching for five girls to ultimately join a five-member group called 'ALiCE' and a solo act. Inspired by Lewis Carroll's Alice, I want this girl-group to exude the same charisma and bravery as her, as well as have the courage to explore the music world and different genres. Each of the girls, in my preference, should be unique and unlike any of the debuted artists as of now. I can't say that I know exactly what genre they'll be performing, but I can say that I will be looking for a variety of music styles, personalities, appearances, and talents.

As for the solo act, it really is an independent path with a lot of freedom. The soloist I'm searching for should be someone with experience performing as well as someone who hardly needs training. I'm hoping that it will be a male performer, to balance out 'ALiCE,' who will be able to help me train my girls in vocals and dancing.
