Toothpaste and Abs!
More Than Seven SecretsJoon-Hyung received a call from the Roommate staff, “Listen up dudes, the cameras are off for an hour, the PD just rung me and said they needed the cameras off for a while to fix something! Don’t ask me any questions, that’s all I know. Okay peace! I’m going to bed.” It was late at night and the roommates where either cleaning up the dishes, unpacking from their suitcases or getting ready for bed. Everyone knew about the cameras being turned off so the atmosphere was less “forced”. I didn’t mind if the cameras were on or off to be honest with you. I wasn’t focused on that, since it’s normal to be monitored 24/7 in variety shows that capture idols living under the same roof. I had nothing to hide anyways. Absolutely nothing.
I was in my room, busy brushing my teeth while changing clothes.
“Yo! Guk-Joo noona are you there?”
Someone was outside of the bedroom, knocking. I jumped a little when I realised it was a guy’s voice.
“I- I- um s-sorry but Guk-Joo isn’t here right now.”
“Guk-Joo? Yo noona are ya there?”
“Gook-Joo sshi isn’t here!”
“Hello? Noona? I can’t hear you?”
I rolled my eyes, this guy really can’t hear me?
I quickly changed into my pyjamas and ran out of the change room to speak to the man who was looking for Guk-joo. “Guk-Joo isn’t here- ah HU AhHUAAHUHUEHEHUE.”
Right at that moment, I realised it was a bad idea to brush your teeth while running because you can actually, like, choke on toothpaste. I didn’t have time to spit out the remaining toothpaste foam that was in my mouth. I couldn’t just leave the person hanging either. It would be impolite for me to do so. So I continued running and opened the main bedroom door while I was still choking and coughing.
My eyes became watery and my throat was itching.
