"Hyukjae, please don't go."

"You know I have to go. I have no choice."

"Please, I'm begging you. Stay here, just for a little while longer."

"I really have to go, Donghae. There's no way I can stay."

"But, you don't understand."

"I'm sorry. I have to go."


Donghae fears being alone. He knows his fear is irrational, and he knows that he is foolish for trying to deal with his problem on his own. But he is so afraid of being left alone that he can almost feel his heart give out in the silence of an empty room. He needs to be with someone, with him, to keep his positive nature and keep his mind clear.

Hyukjae does not know about Donghae's fears. Hyukjae has to work two jobs to get himself through college. He tries his hardest to be there for Donghae, but there are only so many hours in a day. He feels guilty every time he has to leave Donghae's side, but he has no idea what Donghae feels every time he closes the door and leaves him alone.

What will happen to Donghae after he is left alone? Will he be able to push through the loneliness and wait for Hyukjae, or will the emptiness of his bedroom take him to the edge and cause him to jump from it?
