When Yoochun inherited an old apartment building from his grandparents he thought he would be living the life. Collect the rent, party, rinse- repeat. No one told him all the ins and outs of managing an apartment complex. No one prepared him for missing pets, malfunctioning appliances, doors mysteriously "falling" off their hinges and a whole host of other bizarre problems.

It seemed simple enough- 70 units set up in a horseshoe around a courtyard. Not all the units needed to be filled. Yoochun thought he could get a couple dozen families into the apartments and live the easy life. He was wrong. So very, very wrong.
