"My name is Minah. I am seventeen years old. I am beautiful. Everyone is beautiful." She recited these words at her reflection in the mirror over and over. burned, her eyes watered. Minah knew she was sick. She even knew the cause of her sickness. But no matter how much she tried to overcome it, she could not do it. Minah splashed her face with water to negate the redness. Then, she unlocked  the bathroom door, put on her best fake smile, and got ready to face the rest of the world.
