MinRa, or ChanRa?

[It was a dream I had a couple of days ago, so I’ve decided to write a fan fiction out of it. Also, inspired by SHINee's World Date. Hope you enjoy!]
Laura (You),also known as RaRa by her friends,was a transfer student from Singapore, to Seoul High School ever since her family moved to Korea for business. Standing at 165cm tall, Laura has an elegant slim figure. Her short brown bob and bangs shaped her face really well. Also, as the Drama Club's Chair person, she is really bubbly and out-going, also being the competitive her, MinHo is her biased member in SHINee (Yes, she is a Shawol).
Even though her family moved overto Korea, she wasn’t able to live with them since they were too busy to even take care of her. Therefore, she has been staying in the school hostel, with a really bubbly and hyper friend she made in school, MiEun (whom she calls her MiMi), as her roommate.
MiEun is Laura's classmate, her closest friend and also her roommate. MiEun, whom Laura calls MiMi for short, is 153cm tall and is just as bubbly and out-going as Laura. The only thing that they differ in, is that Laura is very sensitive. And as far as Laura knows, MiEun is a hardcore, (let me re-emphasize) a really hardcore EXO fan. Being a hardcore fan, MiEun joined many events and giveaways. When she finally won the chance to interact with EXO in a program, MiEun elatedly begged Laura to go along with her. It was a rare opportunity as it was a 2-weeks date with the members of EXO. There will be two fans chosen from 5 different countries (Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and USA). MiEun has applied for Laura for this program as well, even before letting her know.
Laura tried to reject MiEun’s offer a few times, since she wasn’t much of an EXO fan. Well, she would gladly accept MiEun’s offer if it was SHINee but well, EXO, she just doesn’t seem to have any interest. But after MiEun’s countless bugging, she finally agreed on going along with MiEun, with a slight hope of meeting SHINee.. (since EXO and SHINee are from the same company)
After attending the date program, she has gotten a lot closer to the members and especially Chanyeol. She wasn't sure if she has developed feelings for him, or just starting to fangirl about him. A few days later, SHINee came by to check on their dongsaengs and joined in the program for a few days. She was really shy when MinHo first joined, but nonetheless, after warming up, both of them got pretty close.
Was it jealousy she caught in Chanyeol's eyes..?
Foreword
“RaRa! Can’t you just walk a little faster at least?” MiEun turned back to look at the female who was slowly dragging her feet, walking (more like crawling) towards her, with her head hung down.
“What’s the rush MiMi? Aren’t we just heading back to our room, what is there to rush for? Not as if your EXO oppas are waiting for you on your bed, right?” Laura growled annoyed at the fact that MiEun made her run all the way since class ended.
“Yes, they are! So hurry up before they leave!”
“Wha-“ MiEun swiftly hooked Laura by her arm and sprinted off, before Laura could whine again.
“Really, MiEun? Are you serious? You made me run all the way back to our room, so you could turn on your computer to watch your EXO oppas’ comeback?” Laura scoffed as she plopped onto her bed.
“Oh, oh, oh! I almost forgot!” MiEun, not even listening to Laura, opened another tab and signed in to her email account. “OH-MY-GOSH,” MiEun’s eyes popped as both her hands covered her wide-opened mouth.
“What is it now?” Laura sounded a little annoyed, as she rested her chin on her hand, she glanced over at MiMi. “We’ve got chosen for the EXO date program, RaRa! Woohoo!”
“Yeah, yeah good for you MiMi..”
‘Wait. ‘we’? What ‘we’?’
Confused, Laura shifted to face the computer screen to have a better look at the content.
From: [email protected],
“Congratulations, Ms MiEun and Ms Laura! Both of you are chosen to turn up for the EXO 2-weeks date program. This will be similar to SHINee’s World Date, those chosen fans will have a rare opportunity to spend 2 weeks with the members of EXO, going on adventures to different places in Korea and also to bond with them in the dorms. The only difference is that, this program will not be filmed into a variety show. Please send us a reply email to confirm if you are able to make it and we will then link you the packing list shortly. Thank you and see you.”
Laura turned to MiEun, only to see her holding a pillow in front of her face in defense. “Okay, okay,”she began to speak, “I signed you up as well because I didn’t want to go alone. I signed you up without informing you it’s because… I know you wouldn’t agree with going if I asked you first…” MiEun’s head carefully emerged from the pillow to check for my response.
“OUCH!” Laura threw a flick on MiEun’s forehead, earning a loud yell from her.
“You do realize that I don’t fangirl over EXO at all right,” Laura waited for MiEun’s reply.
“But, you might, after this program!” MiEun’s face lit up, only to earn another flick from Laura.
“Please, please, please..” And the “please-ing” just went on and on for the entire day…
Laura signed in on her Facebook account which was bombarded with notifications from MiEun. She scrolled down her wall posts, and all of them came from MiEun, ‘please please pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee’
Laura’s phone vibrated, showing notifications from MiEun on Twitter, ‘plsssssssssssssss’
The next moment, she received a phone text message and she clicked in,
From: MiMinnie
‘PLEASE RARA PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE )-:’
Laura turned to face MiEun, who was already staring at her, pouting. “Now are you going to call me to beg me?” Laura stated as she laughed at MiMi’s actions, and she held her phone up, waving to MiEun. “I’m ready for you call MiMi-ah.” MiEun mouthed, “please” which was followed by a pout.
Laura finally sighed and shook her head,raising both her hands in surrender, “I surrender MiMi, tell me the details of the program. I’ll go.” Laura chuckled softly, shaking her head at how stubborn MiEun was. MiEun flew off her bed and gave Laura a big bear hug before returning to her computer to reply to the message. MiEun went to bed as soon as she replied.
“Good night, MiMi. Sweet dreams of your EXO oppas!”
No reply. Laura went over to check on MiEun, she was already soundly asleep, with a smile plastered on her face.
'Probably already having one now'
a smile formed on Laura's face, as she crawled back onto her bed.
