He was the conductor of a famous music school in Seoul and well, you were the assistant conductor.  Actually, you weren’t technically a trained conductor or anything. You were just a alumni 2 years younger than him. He was 24 and you were 22. You were not really hired either, You just volunteered your time to cultivating the band there as you had some pride for the school and wanted to return the happiness your previous seniors and the band there had given you.
