The first thing he remembered was a shocking blow to his upper arm. And he remembered some of the red flashing lights. The blaring, screaming sirens came next. Last but not least, he remembered seeing white everywhere before it finally flashed to black.

Slowly, Kibum blinked and got up, and looked around him. He tried to register his surroundings, but what was there to register? There was a floor, there wasn't a floor. He was lying down on nothing. There was nothing around him, just nothing, all white...except for the people with the mournful looks on their faces.

The first thing he remembered is his little sister's tear streamed face before his eyes started to glaze over. He remembered his mother screaming, his father's signature wide-eye-in-shock face, and his friend, Taemin's, disbelief as he clamped his skinny hands over his open mouth.

Slowly, Jonghyun opened his eyes, his eyelids fluttering a few times. He registered his surroundings immediately, and scrunches up his face. He was in the middle of literally nowhere. He doesn't know how he's balancing up right now, but there was nothing but some lonely faces that he couldn't recognize. This wasn't what he had killed himself for.
