Excerpt:

That one day, Hanbin was driving in a really fast speed when an old lady appeard from nowhere. She tried to walk through the pedestrian holding a bag full of oranges in her hand. Hanbin was able to step on the break on time but the old lady was so surprised when she saw the car that almost hit her, that she landed on the floor.

You were also crossing the street when you saw what happened. You quickly rushed into the old lady's side. "Halmoni! Are you alright?" You asked in worry while Hanbin got out from his car to see what was happening.

"Halmoni, can you please move out of the way? I'm kind of in a hurry." Hanbin coldly said.

"Yah look here mister! Can't you be nice? It's you who almost killed her!" You scolded him.

"Here's 100,000 won, will that do?" Hanbin fished out a bill from his wallet and handed it to you. Hanbin turned his back and headed back into his car. "Look here mister! I dont need your money!" you shouted as he drove away.

"That kid sure is rude." the old lady said. "He deserves to be cursed." the old lady whispered.

"I'm sorry about that halmoni. Do you perhaps need any help?" you asked her.

" My oranges. Please help me pick them up dear." the old lady said. "Sure." you said.

"Thank you my dear. I'll be sure to repay your kindness." she spoke.

You helped the old lady picked up her oranges but then after them picking up, she was nowhere to be found.

The unexpected encounter between two different people, a luck and a curse that would bind them together. Bewitched.
