Most people belonged.

A social circle. A group of friends where they could express their deepest secrets, divulge crushes. 

Not Song Dani. Since entering high school, Dani never dared to approach anyone and no one approach her. The reason for this was rather hurtful and unfair, and Dani knew that all too well, but her lack in self confindence prevented her from doing anything about it.

You see, Dani was fat and ugly. She was shy and quiet. She wasn't sporty and was horrible at everything from grades to music. It was for these simple reasons that she came to school feeling like an outcast.

It was a genetic thing, and Dani had tried many methods, no desired result. Many have about her size and even played mean pranks. Why? Dani hadn't offended them in anyway, so she thought.

She just wished that people wouldn't judge her based on her outward appearance because she swore to herself that she would treat whomever had dared say a simple 'hi' well, as she knew all too well how it felt.

This all changed when she fell in love. A relationship that was not meant to be.
