Description

 

Youngbae and Jiyong have been friends for as long as they can remember and there are maybe only a few days that they didn't spend together. Over the years, Youngbae has found himself falling in love with his best friend, but as soon as he admits to himself that he has feelings for the bubbly blonde, Jiyong introduces him to Kangsan, his boyfriend, whom Youngbae is not really fond of because his lifestlye consists of , drugs and rock'n roll and he drags Jiyong further and further into his dangerous world. But no matter how often Youngbae warns him, he is too blind to believe. 

And he will deeply regret it.

Hi folks ^^

Long time no see, how are you all? This is a one-shot by me that I hadn't been able to finish until now. (Wow, it's 12PM O.O). Sadly, it' didn' turn out how I wanted it to be :( I hope that it will still entertain you a bit while you wait for your favourite stories to be updated haha! AFF is really dead these days, right? Ah, everyone is so busy, inlcuding myself.  "What A Fateful Wish" didn't receive much feedback, which kind of made me sad and I actually wanted to make up for it with this one but I failed terribly T.T

Chapter 1: Although it is an one-shot, an epilogue or part 2 would be willingly accepted. I would love to see how they progressed from there and what their “relationship” life looks like (love making scenes, dates, etc). I adore your writing and the way you express the characters. Your completely captured certain characteristics of the members. One can clearly see the work and passion you put into not only this but your writing in general. Best of luck. And here’s to hoping for a sequel or epilogue of some sort. ??

Chapter 1: (continued) THAT LAST SCENE THOUGH. It simultaneously broke and mended my fangirl heart. I didn't even realize it'd been six weeks after the fight. Can't imagine how tough that was for Jiyong, but it must've definitely been more tough for Youngbae. I also know that feeling of wanting to stay mad at someone who wronged you but being unable to because it's... well, it's THEM. Pride is a tricky thing to deal with with circumstances like theirs. Sad as it was, there's something kind of endearing about the fact that Jiyong fell apart so easily when he was with Youngbae. That, despite their disagreements and their time apart, Jiyong can still let his guard down around Youngbae (and even with how things were so awkward at first; I really did like the way you let us know how much of a strain on their relationship there was). That was really a bittersweet moment. Oh, and I hate Kangsan. I've always found it interesting how your OCs are usually ones that are purposely meant to be unlikable or have undesirable qualities, but congratulations, you've made an OC that I actually hate :P

Finally, just wanted to pick out that "Can I notice you now?" line because I DIED. I'm dead and gone. That was so lovely I just can't say ;_;

Amazing one-shot! And I mean it, you should do more angsty stuff! You're really good at it XD I know I said before that I'm a er for fluff, but I like angst just a bit more. Dunno why I want sadness before the happy parts, but it's probably just because the sad parts make the happy parts all the more sweet :3

Chapter 1: Wooooow. You should totally write angsty stuff more often. This is so good! It's definitely one of my favorite stories from you!

I like the tense changes, and that you get an automatic sense of the tone of the story just by that intro, which doesn't give away much other than that it's gonna be pretty heart-clenching. The bolded parts pull you back from the italic parts that are things already established. It worked really well here, and I don't think the story would've worked as well as if you'd done a linear timeline.

Also, I'm pretty sure I cringed any time Jiyong or Youngbae did, so hooray for getting that desired effect out of your readers XD Seriously though, I thought the same thing as Youngbae when Jiyong said he thought of him like a second mom. Like... Jiyong. No. Why. You really did capture the tale of one-sided love perfectly. Youngbae puts up with so much, all so that Jiyong is happy whether he ends up with Youngbae or not. And Jiyong of course going blindly into the relationship... I think I just liked the jealousy aspect on Youngbae's part too ;D Nobody likes the characteristics of an overprotective (boy)friend more than me haha
