Close your eyes, feel the warmth of June.

“Hi classmates! My name is Song Ji-Ah. It’s the first time I’ve been to a co-ed school. Please take care of me.” I said in front of a class that looks upon me as an alien from outer space. Well, all of us are aliens in this school because we are all freshmen.

“Hi classmates! My name is Yang Yoseob. It’s the first time I’ve been to an Arts and Science High School. Please take care of me.” The boy on my right said as he introduced himself. I could see that he was smiling at me. Perhaps laughing because he mimicked my own introduction? I really didn’t care at all.

I was studying in Cube Arts and Science High School, one of the most prestigious high school-slash-college in Seoul, Korea. Even though I belong to the middle-class classification in the society, I managed to go here and study.

I’m not that smart either. In fact, I never belonged to the top charts of my previous school. I was invisible into the eyes of many. And I’m ok with that. I never had the chance to express my talents. Well, the only talent they knew was my horrible acting.

But I’ve changed now. I wanted myself to be heard in high school.
