2. What software(s) do you use?
Each member uses different kinds of softwares to edit trailers. Most common is Sony Vegas of different versions. But some still or also uses Powerdirector, iMovie, and Windows Movie Maker.

Fanfic Crew (FFCrew) is a video-requesting site composed of dedicated and equally artistic membersaiming to produce heart-felt, competent, celebrated and high-quality website/fanfic trailers, music videos and website promos to help fanfic writers and webmistresses/ webmasters for the purpose of entertaining their fans and readers by providing visual aids for readers’ convenience.
Today, FFCrew has only fourteen (14) active members.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
NOTE: CHANGES OCCURRED SINCE THE LAST UPDATE. OFFENSES/BREAKING OF THE RULES WON'T BE TOLERATED AND SHALL BE PENALIZED. HOWEEVER THERE ARE LEVELS OF OFFENSES. SO FAULTS WILL BE PENALIZED ACCORDINGLY. READ TO FIND OUT.
Before requesting
1. First and foremost. GIVE DUE CREDITS. Member, plus the site, who worked on your request must be properly credited the sheer effort they have exerted in your request.

2. WE SAY NO TO SPAMMING. If you wanted to know the whatabouts of your request, all you need to do is ask. For everybody’s convenience, we are going to show the progress of your requests.
Note: We don’t want to give exact length of weeks or days on when your trailer is going to be finished. That’s the use of the progress report.
3. DO NOT REQUEST FROM US if you have done so from other sites. It would be really rude and ungrateful if you request from us and then you’ll go asking from other sites too.

4. To CANCEL A REQUEST, please fill up the contact form and check the cancel request box. But you’d be listed immediately to the blacklist if you’ve requested today and cancel it the next day. Also, an invalid excuse is a ticket to the blacklist.

5. HAVE A VALID EMAIL and story link. Some members want to work closely with their requesters by asking some questions, informing them about the trailer’s progress, etc.

6. FILL OUT THE FORM fully. Describe your desired output by giving every single detail so that the finished product may be, if not exactly, close or the same with your artistic heart’s desire.

7. BE A SWEETHEART and don’t curse and bash. Be on your best behavior. If you want a particular clip to be in the trailer, ask nicely. We may offer you special features if we like you. :)

8. Here’s the best one yet. OneWriter-OneTrailer rule. It plainly means you cannot request another trailer/music-video/ for new, especially not the same story, if you are currently waiting for one. We’d be closing down and the general password is 062511 requests as soon as we get enough.

9. Minimum of three(3) chapters-maximum of six (6) characters. Typical cast is only extended to four (4) but we’ll give you extra room. Take note that you are required to provide your own video clips. This would help lessen the maker’s time for searching and more time for editing.

10. Provide the right general password. Wait patiently for your trailer and if the rules are quite unclear to you, don’t hesitate to ask. We will provide every single way for you to contact us.

After requesting
Once you are done requesting, we will be sending out emails to the ones you provided in the form. Make sure that you check your email regularly or you will be missing out. Emails would contain
1. Confirmation - that we have officially received and accepted your request.
2. Denial - that you violated a rule or two.
3. Pick-up - that the member is done with the trailer and is now ready for pick-up.
Nevertheless, we will be sending out notifications through email. And if you haven't received one, that only means we are still in the process of contacting your requested member. But take note, once you get the password wrong, will be giving you three chances to request again and get things right. After which, you will automatically be blacklisted.
