5: Coffee House

The rest of the day went without a hitch, and you were currently on your way home from school. Hyuna and her friends had not been able to find you, if they even tried, and you didn’t have any lessons with either of them the rest of the day, luckily. You thought back to the time you spent sitting behind the school building and decided that it was now your new hang out spot. Didn’t look like anyone ever ventured there and that made it perfect for keeping away from the other students at school. Blame your innate need to avoid socialising. The only thing that place was missing was a table and a chair, but other than that it was impeccable.
As it was early March the weather wasn’t exactly top notch. The wind was still quite cold, but you could feel spring coming; slowly, but it was certainly on its way. You decided against walking straight home as your grandfather would most likely be there, so you opted for going to the local coffee shop, called Coffee House, to buy yourself a hot chocolate. Even though your grandfather was a stingy old man, he still gave you a weekly allowance from the inheritance he had his hands on. The allowance wasn’t much, though, but it was enough for you to be able to buy a few things for yourself once in a while.
The bell above the door rang the moment you opened it and you were hit with the smell of coffee and other treats. You inhaled deeply, a smile spreading across your face as you walked over to the cashier to give him your order. The guy behind the counter had bright red coloured hair, small eyes, and a kind smile. He greeted you cheerily. “Hello, welcome to Coffee House, what would you like?” As he talked to you, you noticed something flash in his eyes the moment he laid his eyes on you. It looked like shock and recognition, but you couldn’t tell for sure as it disappeared as quickly as it came. “I would like a hot chocolate, please,” you said with a small smile. He told you the price and you gave him the money. “It will be done in a minute,
