“Lu?”

“Almost done!”  Luhan calls out from the bathroom. Sehun wonders what’s taking him so long, so he wanders to where his boyfriend is.  Said boyfriend is actually just looking at himself at the mirror, sighing and shaking his head as if he’s disagreeing with someone.

“Hey.” Sehun says and Luhan looks at his reflection in the mirror, startled. Sehun goes to him and wraps his arms around Luhan’s tiny waist, which amazingly seems like the right fit. “We need to get going you know?”

“I know, but…” Luhan stops in mid-sentence biting his lower lip. Sehun furrows his brows, “Is there something wrong?” Luhan shakes his head signalling him ‘no’. He then looks at Luhan again and a bell suddenly tingles in his head. At this realization, he chuckles and reaches out to grab both of Luhan’s hands, holding them tightly.

“You look beautiful, everytime actually.”

Luhan’s cheeks redden slightly, but the emotion in his eyes tells Sehun that he’s still not feeling confident. And so Sehun turns Luhan around to face him, and kisses the tipe of his nose before saying,

“If it makes you feel better, I can let you do all the work later tonight.” Sehun slyly winks and earns a playful slap. Sehun laughs,

“Okay, okay. Let’s go, shall we?” He steps back and reaches out a hand, which Luhan gladly takes.

“Hyung…”Sehun starts and Luhan looks up from the book he’s reading.

“What?”

“Nothing. I just want to let you know that I think you’re hotter than the sun and stars combined.”

Sehun is hit with a pillow on his face.

“Sehun?” Luhan asks him one night after a hectic schedule, when he and Sehun were the only ones awake and the other members were trying to get a proper night rest.

“Hmm?” Sehun towel dries his wet hair and glances at his hyung.

“Will you ever get tired of me?”

Sehun stops and turns to Luhan completely, “What makes you say that?”

“I don’t know,” Luhan ruffles his also wet hair and shrugs “because one day, our fans will and we’ll get older, uglier, you know. One day, Jongin’s hips will ache and Kyungsoo’s voice will crack more and more, and you don’t know, one of us might let go.”

Sehun is now sitting on Luhan’s bed, which he knows he’s the only one that’s allowed to, and looks at Luhan with an emotion no one can read, so Luhan continues on,

“Actually, I think I’ll be okay with that. Because eventually, it will happen and there is nothing I can do to change it, right? But I just want someone who won’t get tired of me, even if I’m all wrinkly and not good looking anymore. Someone who won’t get tired of me even if I’m just Lu Han, the boy with dreams. Not Luhan, member of the world’s most anticipated boy band, EXO!”

Luhan smiles and it doesn’t reach up to his eyes. He steals a glance at Sehun, “Say something, please?”

So Sehun takes hold of his hand, and places one hand on his cheek. “Hyung, I’ve known you for 5 years now, been you’re boyfriend for 2, and your asking me if I will get tired of you?”

Luhan blinks and Sehun smiles at him as if he’s a precious jewel, “You should know that I will never get tired of you, because hyung, I won’t let those 3 years trying to get you go to waste, and I certainly won’t let those 2 years of finally having you go down the dumps.”

“I love you, hyung. I’d rather kill myself than not love you. And if we may not make it work in this world, I’ll make sure to have infinite worlds with you in it, so that I could chase you again and make it work infinite times and for all the other remaining worlds that I have.”

Luhan feels tears pooling at his eyes and he finally let’s them all drop, clutching on Sehun’s arms as he cries hard, he feels like a fool for not trusting Sehun and it makes him cry harder. Sehun holds his petite body tightly, as if he would break anytime.

“So don’t you ever ask me that again, okay? Because you’re worth not getting tired of, okay? You’re worth it.”

And this time, Luhan believes him.
