People congratulating Kyungsoo for what Jongin has achieved feels weird. But on hindsight, their friends know that what Jongin has accomplished now was both his and Kyungsoo's dream. Just that it was Jongin who actually followed through and pursued it.

At that time, when they first agreed on what they'd want their future to be, it all seemed like a long endeavor. But as years passed and with Jongin's efforts, he was able to live out their dream. 

Jongin doesn't know how proud Kyungsoo is of him. Kyungsoo knows that Jongin has sacrficed a lot to get to where he's at now and that he deserves all the recognition and success.  After all these years, Jongin's  hard work has finally paid off. 

But all Kyungsoo can do is just congratulate him from afar. Though if Kyungsoo ponders about it more, it doesn't matter to him that Jongin won't be able to hear his heartfelt congratulations. All that matters is that  Jongin has achieved their dream for the both of them as promised.
