Would you turn off your phone?

Description

Since when had their relationship turned into that?
He didn’t update the virus protection, that phone was flawed.
Since when had he turned into a phone application that wasn’t used?
That phone was their glue, but now that glue had been tearing Yoongi’s skin off.

Foreword

The sound of his fingers on the table had never been that annoying.
The sound of the clicking glasses had always been that noisy?
The girl sat in front of Yoongi was as beautiful as a Greek sculpture, but as quite as marble.
It looked like her fingertips were provided with magnets, they couldn’t move away from the touch-screen.
If it was just a touch screen that was supposed to be touched, then why it looked like she wanted to become a part of it?
Yoongi’s eyes were looking at hers, his hand was on the table, and his fingertips were tapping on it nervously.
Had she forgot he was even there?
That couldn’t be the case, he had slammed the glass on the table so many times that it almost left a crack on it.
He hadn’t seen her for months, she even looked different now that he thought about it.
Had she always had that hair colour?
“I’ve just dyed my hair, How is it?”, said the post under her picture on twitter.
Ah, right, he got a mention.
If he had been wearing a shirt with a keypad on it, would she have touched him in the same way she touched her touch-screen?
The girl smiled, her beautiful eyes with make-up on were sparkling so bright.
No, wait, that was due to the light that came off the hand-phone screen.
Had he ever told her that she had a wonderful smile?
He did tell her.
He saved her photo on his favourites on Twitter.
Yoongi bit his lower lip, the fork moved among his fingers.
If he had destroyed her cell-phone, would she have disappeared too?
Was it already a cursed painting to her? Would she have turned into dust like Dorian Gray?
“Yah, turn it off”.
Did he sound annoyed?
She frowned at him.
A sound like a “tck” came from her cell-phone.
Had she just tweeted something?
“I’m replying to a message that a friend of mine sent me a while ago. Just give me a second”.
Right. Now hours turned into seconds.
“Turn it off”.
Did he sound like he was too angry?
She clucked her tongue.
“I’m going to block you on Kakaotalk”.
Had they ever had sweet conversations on that phone application anyway?
“I’m going to break it”.
Now he sounded exactly like he wanted to.
“It’s new”.
He finally saw what had changed.
It wasn’t her hands that became more beautiful, it was the colour of that cover that her hands held.
If it wasn’t him, at least that cover seemed to have a relationship with her hands.
She snorted. She put her cell-phone aside, her eyes looked at Yoongi’s.
“Are you satisfied now, oppa?”
Yoongi cracked a smile.
“You never look at me. Are you still aware of how my face looks like?”
“Sure, babo”.
So she did look at him.
What a fool. Had he turned into a jealous person?
“I’ve got your picture as my screen-saver. There’s no need to worry”.
Pathetic.
Let’s just change the topic.
“Do you know that sauna not too far away from here?”
She just looked at him twitching her eyelids, the look on her face hadn’t changed at all.
Her Wi-Fi got suddenly cut down?
“Can we go there later? I don’t want to go to the sauna”.
“Why?”
The signal wasn’t good enough?
“The steam mist the screen up”.
Oh, right.
Yoongi sighed.
The ice dices in the glass melted down.
That drink was undrinkable. Who cared anyway. He didn’t go out to drink, he went out to see her.
Now the only thing he wanted to do was run away from that place.
The air was dry, the place was too noisy, the waiters too rude, the chairs too uncomfortable.
The food was awful.
The air conditioning was awful.
The company was awful.
She was awful.
He was awful.
The sound of a tremble could be heard on the table. He looked at her, she looked at her phone.
Tck.
He clucked his tongue, the phone rang again.
“I’ll just see who it is”.
“And then?”
“I’m not going to reply”.
“Liar”.
“No, that’s not true”.
Right.
She didn’t write it on her Facebook bio.
She smiled and she started to press her cell-phone keys.
Since when had their relationship turned into that?
He didn’t update the virus protection, that phone was flawed.
Since when had he turned into a phone application that wasn’t used?
That phone was their glue, but now that glue had been tearing Yoongi’s skin off.
“You told me that you were not going to reply”.
“You told me you were happy to see me, but all you did was giving me that pouty face”.
“You’re always clinging into that phone”.
“That’s because you pout at me when you should talk to me”.
“I would talk to you if you didn’t use that phone. Are you Narcissus? Do you like your reflection that much that you don’t dare talking to me?”
Silence.
What did he do?
“You’re so boring. It’s just a stupid phone, oppa”.
He was boring, maybe it was true.
Their relationship was 4% charged.
Yoongi sit comfortably on his chair, he put his hand in his pocket.
He turned the camera on, he adjusted the focus so he could come out well. He smiled widely, the light brighten up his pale face.
“Send it to me so I can save it on my Facebook album dedicated to you”.
An album dedicated to him full of his pictures, while he had the income calls folder empty.
He posted that picture on twitter, he mentioned the girl, he wrote a comment.
Tck.
Here we go again with that annoying sound.
She smiled, she saved it on her favourites. She read the comment.
Yoongi drank that drink that tasted as bad as he thought.
“Lovely_SugaHubby: your ex-boyfriend is doing great on his last date with his future ex-girlfriend”.
She opened her eyes wide.
She lost a follower, but who cared.
Yoongi smiled, pointing at her glass of the.
“It tastes bad, fast drink it”.
