Foreword

The winter wind blew the cup of coffee, trying to steal away the heat it gave from me, trying to capture me in it’s cage of ice. ‘Feel me! Feel my coldness!’ as if it were saying. I cupped the coffee tighter, its warmness seeping into my frozen hands. Closing my eyes, I felt the wind whip my hair.

In this memory, we are sitting together. This is the first scar in my heart; it is the smallest gash. It made me bled a teardrop. But I could remember this as the start for everything else, like a snowball that fell down the hill.

His name was Oh Sehun, he had a lisp and lips that were to die for. Which made my heart almost stop beating when those lips landed on mine. In the middle of the courtyard in the sunny autumn, the wind blew my hair away, he held my close and in that moment he leaned in to capture my lips.

His name was Oh Sehun, and he broke my heart.
