Though this war lasted for three long years there was never a winner, and most lost hope turning to crime and killing just for fun because hey, everyone was dying off anyway. But then, under all this chaos a ray of hope appeared. Among these ruins rose four leaders. Gathering survivors only allowing those who shared similar powers to join them, and casting out the rest. And from those four leaders also rose four sectors. The four surviving sectors of a bloody history. A new hope that power and control wouldnt destroy them once again. So they created the battles.
