Foreword
PROLOGUE
“It doesn’t feel the same way again. The touch of the sea isn’t as warm as it used to be. But sometimes, I can feel him hugging me through the waves of the water. When I put my ears on the water to hear the sound of the rocks I tap together, I hear his laughter. The way he laughs is music to my ears. The way he smiles is a cure to my loneliness. Everything about him is pleasing to my eyes. I wish I could turn back the time. Maybe a little more time, I could have said, “I love you”.”
It is not always easy to fall for someone you least expected. It kills you every time you remember that you have to hold your feelings back because you just can’t be together. What hurts most is when you learn that the person you love is in love with another. And that another person would never be you.
This is a story of two best friends. Someone will fall for the other. The other is madly in love with another. Who falls for who? And who is the third wheel? The most intriguing question is: despite of this, how can their story be The Greatest Love Ever Told?
